After interviewing 3 Real Estate Agents, we decided to have Nydrie list my Mother's beautiful home in Salem. My mother for health reasons had moved up here to TIgard. Nydrie arranged for workers to get the house in shape and did so much to get the house in condition to list. She was always in touch with her and giving us updates. I don't think there would another agent that would have done all the things that Nydrie did for my Mother. We were very pleased with her and would highly recommend her to take care of your needs.

I asked Chun Truong to list my house in Salem. He was always quick to get back to me when I had questions or when he had news about the sale process. I would highly recommend him.
Chun did a lot of work behind the scene to negotiate on behalf of myself as buyer on a bank foreclosed home that from all accounts looked to be a bit troublesome. Chun was calm, balanced, added some humor and a very fresh perspective to make the process a great one!
Nydrie did an exceptional job guiding us through the home buying process - our first time. We had an unusual issue with our financial institution not accepting the appraisal, but Nydrie was on it and we were able to close on our home, after we were told it wouldn't happen by the lender. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nydrie!
Nydrie helped me purchase my first home. As a young single female at the time, I was initially intimidated by the process, but with Nydrie's help, I was able to navigate the process smoothly and confidently.
