Daniel is a good person to work with. He very cooperative and knowledgeable on his job. He always on time when we have appointment to view house. Also,if I have questions then he responded quickly to my request with a positive attitude. His communications also very good and always show respect to each other while showing and/or looking house.

I highly recommend Chun Truong for anyone buying or selling a home. Chun has integrity. I recently purchased a home and Chun was my agent. Rick did an outstanding job all through the process of selling my sister's house. Chun was awesome with guiding us through our first home buying experience. He would respond to questions and requests almost immediately, and since we had a lot to ask, that was very appreciated. He did a great job of continuously providing us listings and he was very accommodating of our schedules when it came to walkthroughs. Rick helped me sell my home recently. It was a very nice ranch style home, but came with a very steep driveway (which I thought would make it quite difficult to sell).
