Chun has a positive aura that gives you a sense that he cares about his clients. His integrity to be fair to both parties makes him pleasing to work with. His knowledge, drive to find answers, and passion to go the extra mile is wonderful. Not once did he ever fail to respond in a timely manner. I live in WA and I did not have drive down to sign documents or to complete the sale of my home. He's not just a professional, but he also cares about his clients.

Rick was very professional and knowledgeable about selling our house, especially in setting the asking price. He has a low-pressure approach, which we appreciated. Between Rick and his assistant, Janet, the selling process moved forward quickly and efficiently.

Nydrie was a dream to work with. She was so helpful in talking us through the little details that we didn't fully understand. Daniel is kind and professional. He responds very quickly to text messaging and calls. He is ambitious and hard working. I've done three deals with him in the last few months and find him to be right on point. I would gladly recommend his services to anyone, except I don't want him to be to busy for me!

This was our first home purchase and Chun did an amazing job at keeping us informed and was quick to respond to all the questions we had and we had a lot. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. I didn't live in Salem and was commuting from my job in Scappoose while we where looking for a home and he was accommodating to our schedules.

Moving from out of the area can be a challenge but that is what we were doing. We found Bob after a rocky start with another agent and he did not hesitate to help us find a home. Not waiting to hear from us, he called right away to discuss our needs and to find out exactly what we were looking for. We were driving from Wilsonville and would have to drop everything to go see a house when it came on the market because within a day or two it would have multiple offers if it was a nice home. He was very quick to respond and made room in his schedule to meet us at these homes. He was also good at pointing out potential problems with a home so that we were aware of them. Brian was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend him to friends or family.
