Daniel was great! We were super picky and he didn't bat an eyelash when we asked for the world. We wanted a big house in the perfect spot for less than the rest of the world was paying for such a thing. I'm happy to report that I'm writing this review with my feet kicked up in just such a house, thanks to Daniel. My wife and I highly recommend him. We were looking for a house in Albany and Jake was from Salem, about 20 minutes away. Although it wasn't the town he was the most familiar with he did an amazing job. Sent me houses that met the requirements of what we were looking for daily. We worked with Daniel for a long time. We had some very specific needs in a home which made home shopping very challenging, in a already challenging market. He was always available, always up beat as we looked at house after house in search of the perfect home. Rick Maurmann was always professional, excellent about keeping us informed and made sure the pictures of our home were showing all of the best assets our property had to offer. Rick was excellent about informing us if he was going to be out of town and provided us the name and number of the individual who would be covering for him if we needed anything during his absence. I have bought AND sold a house through Chun. I have gotten immediate updates as soon as he receives them from the other party. He actually did all the planning when it came to doing the recommended fixes. It can be a stressful process, however I really didn't have to do much. Chun was successful in getting an offer the first day it went on the market AND I received multiple offers within the first 2 days! Daniel was professional, timely response to phone calls/emails/texts, always looked in our best interest, and very easy to work with. Represented us well, making himself available to be there during the inspection appointment and the signing with the title company. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish.

I highly recommend Chun Truong for anyone buying or selling a home. Chun has integrity. I recently purchased a home and Chun was my agent.
