He researched the sale of homes in my area and prepared comparable market pricing analysis that gave me a realistic list price. Sam is very professional and at the same time, very personable and easy to work with. He is very attentive to his clients, very timely in his communications. His knowledge of the local Salem market is very good, and it resulted in the listing and selling of the house for more than other agents had suggested.
