Rick Maurmann was always professional, excellent about keeping us informed and made sure the pictures of our home were showing all of the best assets our property had to offer. Rick was excellent about informing us if he was going to be out of town and provided us the name and number of the individual who would be covering for him if we needed anything during his absence. I have bought AND sold a house through Chun. I have gotten immediate updates as soon as he receives them from the other party. Daniel was professional, timely response to phone calls/emails/texts, always looked in our best interest, and very easy to work with. Represented us well, making himself available to be there during the inspection appointment and the signing with the title company. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish.
Daniel is a good person to work with. He very cooperative and knowledgeable on his job. He always on time when we have appointment to view house.
