Bob helped my husband and I buy our first home this summer and we were so impressed with his professionalism and how easy he made everything for us. In addition to being very knowledgeable, his communication is excellent and he was always very easy to get a hold of through the whole process. Our house was listed for sale during a time when the market was in a significant downturn. We had purchased it nine years earlier, which is when we met Chun. He was very helpful throughout the process, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Chun finds out the type of property & all the criteria the buyer is looking for & has the ability to match this information to the available real estate on the market. He sends his clients descriptions of properties via email & keeps these postings up-to-date. He is real good about returning phone calls & emails promptly. Chun is amazing at what he does! I had the trickiest foreclusure I had my heart set on and Chun went way above and beyond to help me every step of the way. He was ALWAYS available and never gave up. I have an agent for life and highly recommend Chun to everyone!

My husband and I called Chun because he was the listing agent of a house we wanted to look at. He met us the next day. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and sent us a bunch of listings within our price range that night. He found the house we ultimately bought and helped us through the whole process. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him.

I have been involved with Andrea on three separate real estate transactions. She is a very savvy person. She is very skilled in negotiating tactics, understands the physiologic aspect of the buy and sell game and has the connections in the industry necessary to achieve almost any goal. The best part is she is personable, knowledgeable and most all very trustworthy.
