I was a first time home buyer looking for some pretty specific and picky things in a home for my son and I. Jake took on the challenge and went through many neighborhoods and homes with us on our time frame. We ended up finding a few and the one we ended up with is amazing. He fit the budget, the yard size, house size, and even more with the good schools and neighborhood. I would recommend Jake to anyone looking for that cozy home.
Always willing to show other houses. Encouraged us to take our time, and when you find one you will know. Never asked why we didnt like a house he just moved on and showed us other houses. After dealing with multiple other agents without success we found Daniel. He listened and heard what our needs and wants were which were important. Since we were on a strict budget it made things more challenging, but Daniel found us a home. We cannot express enough how much we appreciated the fact that he worked so hard for us. We would highly recommend him.
