After dealing with multiple other agents without success we found Daniel. He listened and heard what our needs and wants were which were important. Since we were on a strict budget it made things more challenging, but Daniel found us a home. We cannot express enough how much we appreciated the fact that he worked so hard for us. I purchased my first home after a divorce in 2011. Chun was able to line up many houses to show me. The house I picked happened to not even be on the market yet! Chun is very eager to help, he is prompt in his replies and he continues to help me to this day regarding any questions I may have about the housing market. Mr. Truong was excellent in assisting my wife and I in purchasing a home in the Salem, Oregon area. This took me too long to post but my fiance and I used Sam Labbe as recommended by Navy Federal Credit Union back in November 2013. As a first time home buyer, I was very unaware of all the processes of buying a house but Sam made it a breeze and very stress free.
