We recently worked with Rick Maurmann to sell my mother-in-law's home. Rick was very helpful and professional. Suggestions of how to prepare the house for sale as well as referrals for businesses to assist with needed repairs were valuable. Chun was very helpful in my home purchase. I was impressed with his knowledge. He made the home buying experience easy. Very punctual and on top everything. i would recomend him, in fact i already have.He sent listings that fit my criteria, not homes that were out of my reach and didn't fit my needs.Chun also sent me reminders for appointments and documents to sign because he knew that i have a very busy schedule.

Trustworthy, honest, respectful and very knowledgeable. Chun is realtor that is there for you, he will not force to buy a house for a quick buck. He wants you to be happy with your home. If he sense just a little doubtfulness he would tell you keep looking. Chun is easy to talk too. He show the same multiply time if that what it takes to make your decision on a house.
