Chun Truong assisted my wife and I with getting into our 1st House. Myself, being a first time home buyer felt like he did everything he could to get us into the house we wanted, for the price we were trying for. He was quick to assist us in understanding the process and what steps needed to be taken next, etc. He was almost always available, via text or a direct call. He did a great job got us into a house right as it was comming on the market. Fit our needs and budget. He spent a long time trying to fit our needs we went to at least 30 houses looking in south salem first hoping to find homes. Stayed away from west Salem because of the crappy bridge commute ended up ne. We got a 4 bed 2.5 bath house that is brand new. Chun has been our realtor for years and helped us buy and sell several homes. Chun is an expert at what he is doing, and he is always very responsive and stays flexible to meet his clients needs. We recommend him to our friends because we know they will be in the best hands during the roller coaster ride of buying or selling a home.
Chun has been in the business and area for a long time, he knows the ins and outs! Short sells, new construction, established neighborhoods; buying and selling we've reviewed it all.
Our interaction was pretty straight forward with no issues. Never felt pressured and I was able to go at my own pace. When issues did arise, Chun resolved it quickly. Definitely someone that I would recommend if you are looking for a home and not sure what it is that you're looking for like I was.
Chun had our house photographed and listed within 6 hours after we signed the documents to list it. We had our first offer before going to bed the same day! While we didn't accept our first offer, we had a firm offer that led to the home's sale by the end of the second business day. This was a painless endeavor, far easier than we ever could have hoped.
Chun sent me several listings of homes of the criteria I was interested in. It took me a while to find a home that I wanted to make an offer on, I was a very picky 1st time home buyer and Chun never pressured me to make a move on anything I wasn't satisfied with. Being a 1st time buyer Chun hooked me up with a mortgage broker that was very helpful with all my financing needs and walked me through the whole process. Overall it was a good experience and I am happy with my purchase.
Chun is very friendly, knowledgable, and tireless in his pursuit of serving his clients' needs. Not only did Chun help us find a wonderful home, he was a joy to work with. I've already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.
Chun was a wonderful agent- he helped me get through the nightmare of a short sale (which take forever!). He was very straightforward about what it was going to be like- the complications that can arise. Luckily, and with his guidance, we made it through and finally closed mid-May.
