I highly recommend The Rick Maurmann Group to anyone who is looking to sell their home. Rick helped me re-list a property that been listed for over a year with another agent. He personally took new photos of the property and gave the listing new life. The home sold quickly and it was wonderful to work with a realtor that was so kind and understanding. Rick and Julie were always quick to return my calls and emails and kept me informed throughout the selling process.
Was great helping with pricing and negotiating. Knew a lot about changes in market in our neighborhood, which helped a lot. Mostly a very positive experience. Got the house sold quickly and for an amount we could live with. Do not like Ticor title co. And was annoyed Rick always took their part. Ticor had horrible communication with us, said one thing ..did another.."Oh, didn't I tell you?" .."oh, it must have been someone else." One time forgot we were in the waiting area. So yes to Rick but no to Ticor.
Chun did a fantastic job with all of our real estate needs! I referred my Grandma to him if that says anything. I will definitely use his services in the future and gladly recommend him to family and friends.
More than 10 years ago, Truong helped us selling our old house which more than 2 people in the estate field couldn't do it. Then he found a new home for us with the affordable and reasonable price just in a few months. Our old house in the pretty bad neighborhood and the house is old. I lived in eastern Oregon and was looking to buy a place in Salem and despite the distance was easily able to converse with Chun and he got things handled. Very nice person to work with.
It has been two years since we bought our home with the help of Chun. Although we have not reached out to him since we bought our house, it is our hope that this review finds him well and helps him to realize how much it was a pleasure to work with him.
