Jared is very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area he sells in. He goes out of his way to be helpful with every aspect of the selection and purchase of the property. After a brief visit with Jared, he knew exactly what I was looking for and zero'd in on exactly what properties to show me. He found me what I was looking for in a house, and a neighborhood, in short the perfect house. He is truly the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend him.

I'd heard a lot of good things about Rick Maurmann before I decided to sell my house. I contacted him when I was ready to sell and working with him and his team was great. Great experience ! My husband and I purchased our home September 2011. Sam was GREAT through the whole process. When we noticed there had been property damage after our offer was accepted Sam negotiated with the seller so the repairs were made before closing, at no cost to us. When we made the decision last year to sell our current home and relocate to another one on acreage, I immediately contacted Sam. He's extremely knowledable of the area real estate market and the intricacies of negotiations, closing the sale and financing. We really appreciated his straight forward, honest communication style, not too mention his great customer service. Sam Labbe is great! Following a difficult divorce, Sam listed and sold several lots, 1 rental property and my personal home for me. He also helped with my purchase of a new home in the meantime.
