I have worked with Rick on a couple of occasions. This is the first time as a widow trying to sell my home. I was overwhelmed with all that had to be done to the house in preparation for listing, as well as the whole process. Rick has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. Sam sold our house in less than 6 weeks. Sam was very honest with the value of our home. He found us a great lender that closed the purchase of our new house in about 30 days. He also negotiated a fantastic deal on the house we wanted to purchase. He was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. I truly believe that with almost any other realtor we would not have been able to purchase our new house as there were many other interested people. Sam got us to the front of the line and made the deal happen!

My wife and I purchased our home through Julene and we were very happy with our experience. First educating us on home buying, and what to expect. Then keeping us informed on how the process was going. She also had everything fixed that we asked for! Sam helped us set a realistic prices to get a quick sale. We were not interested in letting our house linger on the market for months without offers and he ensured that didn't happen. Sam was very responsive to questions and was excellent about returning emails and calls promptly. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Salem.

Jared has a way of making people feel important. Do you want to know how he does it? Jared just genuinely cares. He is a great friend who honestly wants to help.
