My experience was nothing but great from the day my system went out 8/26/20 and Josh came out to check it out, reviewed my options, gave me a bid and scheduled the install. Josh also made sure that I had a couple of portable AC units which helped immensely while I waited for the install date. I would not have survived without them. Thank you Josh...you are awesome! We were having issues with our a/c. We had service techs come out on multiple occasions. When we were not satisfied with the last techs diagnosis, AARON ( a supervisor) came out on a Friday night at 9:00 with a technician to trouble shoot. After 75 minutes, they found the problem and corrected it! This is great customer service wanting to do right by the customer! Very grateful and will be a repeat customer!

Edgar, Caleb, and Anthony were courteous and professional. They were understanding and patient with what I needed to do prior to some of their work, and they went ahead with what they could do. Removal of old unit and install of new went smoothly. They methodically went through procedures to ensure that the new unit was functioning properly in both cool and heat modes. My scheduled time was 10 to 2. I was called early enough in the morning to let me know it would be more around 2. That way I was able to get on with my day. Josh showed up shortly after 2 and was very pleasant to work with. He did a routine check up. His recommendation for coil cleaning was one we had gotten last check up so I knew it was time to do it. He did a great job. I felt so bad with it so hot but he never complained. Collins Comfort met my expectations as always! Thanks again Josh!

Collins Comfort Solutions and come to the rescue for me more than once when my AC failed. They got here on short notice, did a fantastic job, and the cost was completely reasonable. Just very impressive!

I am very impressed with each stage of this process....from Neil that worked his tail off getting me an expedited installation to Chris-G that led the installation team. They were all so professional and polite and made a miserable situation, as smooth as could possibly be. Don’t EVER let those two leave!

Chris G did an outstanding job! He was knowlegeable, respectful, polite, and friendly. The work was accomplished in a very short time and he made certain the new install was working properly before he left. The job was cleaned up afterward in very short order. Kudos also to Kyle, who went a bit out of the way to be sure we were comfortable with the entire process. A great team to work with! Thank you.

Our experienced tech, Fred, did a diagnostic check, made clear recommendations, and answered all our questions. He solved the immediate problem, and gave us the information we needed to buy our new unit. Would definitely recommend!
