I'm so happy with the services they were able to provide. My vehicle was practically in shambles. I was on the brink of giving up on the car. But, they helped me make the car look just as I remembered it before the accident. I can't thank them enough for how well of a service they provide here. Highly recommend it. Thumbs up from me.
Couldn't be more happy with this place. The GM Bobby was attentive and time efficient with our vehicle. The quality of the work was great and troy the body shop manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to come back and would happily refer others.
After a mishap with a post, CCoP fixed my car in September 2021. They did a fantastic job. So when the front wheel well cover in my Chevy Equinox came loose, I went back to them. Not only did they help me quickly as a walk-in, they replaced the 2 missing tabs without charging me! Highly recommend!
I was in a car accident in January and had my vehicle towed to the Collision Center of Peoria. It was a very stressful situation and I want to give a huge shout out to Lexie for being so amazing throughout the process! She went above and beyond and even reached out to my insurance company at one point to ask about when the claims adjuster would be arriving--something that I had also done with no significant time frame given. She called me every week to let me know the status, as well, which I really appreciated!
My car recently needed services at Collision Center of Peoria when I hit a metal scaffolding that punctured my gas tank on the 303 loop.. The hand off my vehical to Jordan at the Collision Center was seamless. Jordan was super helpful explaining the process and offered to take me accross the street to Enterprise where I had a Rental car awaiting. We've had to bring our vehicles in twice now, and have had a great experience with Bobby and his staff both times! It's hard to find quality work with a company you can trust, and I'm so thankful we've found it here at Collision Center of Peoria!!!
Collision center of Peoria is the only place I will take any of my Vehicles, Bobbie and his staff are the most pleasant experience I have ever had, they give excellent service and Reliable service, great job guys and I would definitely give Collision center a 5 Star review I highly recommend this business absolutely the best, Now I understand why they are preferred by alot of insurance companies.
Super friendly staff at both the front desk and the service techs. Got a quote right away, pricing felt very fair and they fixed the trim on my car really fast. My stepdad has sent his car here for bigger collision repairs before too and loved their work and their service.
I will start by saying Lexie is AMAZING! Getting in an accident is never fun. Getting in an accident during a pandemic where an appointment wasn't available for 3 months and challenges with getting parts etc was a headache. The good part is my car was damaged but drivable.
