These folks are wonderful! We brought in our very ill foundling kitten not sure if she would survive and they helped us out for a very reasonable price, and now she is perfect. We first found these folks when we needed to get the last adopted stray fixed, they had the best prices in town. And everyone is very nice and takes the time to answer our questions, and more importantly to me, if they don't know the answer immediately they will research and call me back. I have dropped my 'regular vet' and now take all my pets he... read more

Brought my cat here for the first time today and loved it! Super fast, no wait at all and very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced as well! We came here because our normal vet had no openings and i needed to get my little guy seen asap and they were wonderful.

We are so glad to hear your first experience with our hospital was a great one, Anastasia. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
I've been taking my cats and dogs here for almost 20 years. I can't vouch for all the vets (one of the vets that I wasn't crazy about retired awhile back), and this review focuses on Dr. Pilversack. I always ask for Dr. Pilversack, because he is truly outstanding. He is compassionate with pets (and their owners) while also being very common-sense about treatment. There are always good reasons for any medical tests, and I've never had the sense of unnecessary tests being recommended. I'm the kind of person who asks lots ... read more

Thank you for your kind compliments, Karen! We love caring for your furry friends and appreciate you trusting us with their care!
For years we have been going here. My parents have gone here ever since I can remember and when I become a adult I chose to keep taking my animals here. Now I have 1 dog who visits every couple months due to sever allergies, two cats and two rabbits. When we first started having issues with our dog we didn't know what was going on. He was getting skin infections every month and would have to go on antibiotics and steroids. Dr. Pilversack and Dr. Crepeau tried just about everything to prevent him from breaking out. Turns ou... read more

I cannot sing enough praises about Companion Animal Hospital and Dr. Ross. After being up most of the night with my 10 year old Goldendoodle, Lacey, I brought her as a walk in patient right at 8:00am this morning. The women at the front desk were helpful and pleasant even after asking if there was an estimated time I might have to wait. Lacey had a disconcerting symptom that had me quite nervous. They told me how much time and it was exactly what they said. They also let me keep the door to the patient room opened. Lacey lik... read more

I have taken my cats and dog here for many years. I had to put my 17 year old cat down and they where very caring and compassionate. I find the staff friendly and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.
Business response:
Hi Lisa. We understand the difficulty of having to say goodbye to a furry family member so we are glad we were able to help make this process a little easer on you. Please know that our thoughts are with you during this time.
Very surprised to see so many negative reviews. Have been taking our 2 Siberian huskies here for about 4 years. The front desk staff is always pleasant and multitasking, and yes although busy at times, we have never had to wait an undue amount of time. I can't recall our vets name, but she is the same vet who has been caring for our dogs since they were little. She remembers them and always treats them with the utmost care.
The doctors are friendly and helpful - and that's why I go there! I always get good advice on how to care for my cats and they seem like they really care about how we're all doing. It's a walk-in clinic, so it's smart to call ahead to see how busy they are - that way I'm not surprised by a wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
New to town and needed a quick poo test for parasites so I could get my dog in daycare. I couldn't get in with any of the vets recommended to me in a timely fashion, so we dropped in at 6 on a Tuesday. Boom, 40 minutes later, my dog's been examined by the vet, her poo's been... whatever they do to the poo... and we're on our way. 80 bucks for exam plus parasite labs. Nothing fancy, exactly what we needed!
