If I could give this app, zero stars I would. This app has not been functional for months. I have used this app to upload EOBs from my dental insurance, however, this app will walk you all the way through there overly-long process only to fail at the “submit” step. It’s horrible. Insult to injury: Optum will suspend your card because their app won’t upload a single PDF. Finally, the chat function is useless and if you call in, they’ll let you know that their app isn’t functioning well but recommend you “fax” the info to them... read more
I upload my documentation, It adds the file, then I click submit and nothing happens. It still says documents needed even though the document is there. To make matters worse when I go in to the claim again, the document has disappeared. This app is useless and only the website seems to work.
Just realize an x on attachment doesn’t mean it’s bad. It means it downloaded
Problems uploading documents almost every time. Problems deleting claims (that I created to try to solve the first problem). Problem with search and sort. The email I get links problems paying to an invoice number…but you can’t search by that. It’s like a treasure hunt sometimes. You have no idea what information is really the problem….
Depending on where I look, it shows me different numbers for the balance on the same account. I sold the investments in my HSA and in some places it shows those investments as not sold, in other places it shows as sold, and the cash balance sometimes reflects that and in one place says $0.
Terrible to edit and modify claims to submit more information. Terrible user experience. Built like a 10 year old infrastructure. To any HR managers or benefit team reading this review, do yourselves and employees a favor and look to someone else to manage your benefit accounts.
I am unable to upload any supporting documents. I end up going to their website.
I submitted few claims and uploaded document. It would get rejected or labeled as incomplete. No where you will find what you are missing it or what they need. So you have to call them making it almost useless. They don’t place their call number in convenient area on app.
Need to constantly kill and restart the app after submitting a claim to get the list of open claims.
