Update broke app Can’t sign in after new update. App is useless.
Terrible login OMG. It takes 7 steps to log in and then it doesn’t remember you. Running on iPhone 12.
Do not upgrade I repeat. Do not upgrade to the new optum version
Garbage App crashes when trying to do reimbursements. The app is constantly being tweaked requiring on to setup a new username and password. Absolute garbage.
QE couldn’t spell check at an M&M factory The app is completely non-functional after the recent update. What a disaster.
Latest update V4.58.0 doesn't work with Face ID Followed all the steps to enable Face ID which makes the app sign you out but doesn't persist the setting so it never works. Deleted app and reinstall without any success. I would expect better but the app is not great at all.
use to work face id doesn’t work. login with username & password then the app crashes as it tries to load. not able to use at all. work before the change to Optum, now it useless.
App will not work for me I have updated my previous CYC app to this new version and it will not load properly on my iPhone. I log in type in the security pass code, it looks as if it’s logging me in and then just boots me right out of the app. Very frustrating because I prefer the app then having to go to the website all the time.
