Nonfunctional So very frustrating. When trying to “Pay Provider” every time I get to the point where I must specify who the service was for the app shuts down. I’ve tried many times using two different devices, same failure.
No username and transaction & claims info Doesn’t remember username when box is checked and App no longer feeds in the transaction & claim info. Emailed support and received no response. Called customer service and told to download latest version and latest iOS. Did that on two different iPhones. Still doesn’t work. App is useless to me now.
Worst ever Worst app ever
Not working I downloaded this app multiple times and it is not working. I clicked on it, it exit out. I didn’t get to see anything. So disappointed!!!
App crashing during reimbursement flow Using the latest version of the iPhone app, I found that the app consistently crashes during the process of reimbursing myself for a claim. Specifically when I tap to select from the list of people this claim applies to, the app always crashes.
Piece of Crap The app has been crashing for months. I’ve reported it numerous times and no one seems to care. It is not a device issue as I have had it crash on multiple devices. It’s a programming issue then don’t acknowledge.
HSA Contributions Impossible.. Please add the ability to make HSA contributions on the app, or at the very least fix your website so I can do it using a cell phone or tablet instead of using a laptop/desktop. The button that needs to be pressed is overlayed with text making it impossible to click and it is very annoying! I have used different browsers and devices and have the same frustrating outcome. Paying medical providers I have been trying to pay a provider through the app but every time I go to select who the patient is the app kicks me out. App is still not working!
Not happy This app is awful, as is the website. There is no where to enter an account number or invoice number when paying medical bills. I have had numerous bills not get credited to my account because the receiver did not know what account to credit it to, which would be even more problematic for someone with a common name. I have noted an account or invoice number in the Note Section, but it did not get out in the check sent.
