Not useful for uploading receipts Ccan’t submit feedback on app; can’t upload receipts on app; thought it would be perfect for taking a photo of receipt and uploading then throwing receipt away, but noooooo! Not very useful as a phone app.
Need to fix formatting Pathetic testing on this version. The display on iPhone is terrible. Please modify the formatting. So much better on the earlier version of this app.
Problematic app The mobile features in the app are not truly mobile. First of all, when you upload a document, the view function does not work. When you click on the “View Document” function, it leads you to a blank page. You must scroll to the bottom of the app and choose “Full Site”. Secondly, the FAQ link does not work. Green app The former yellow app worked well this green app will not allow me to enter my information and select next. It states I need to enter a date which I did. It states that I can use fingerprint print ID but does not actually allow it.

Doesn’t work Doesn’t even recognize me or my information and I have card in hand. Even took a picture of my card.
The list is empty Unable to submit claims because the “services list is empty” and you can’t submit a claim without selecting a service. So the app is completely worthless.
Can’t upload doc pics from phone For whatever reason, this app will NOT let me upload pics from my phone!
Zip code fail When ever I go to pay a provider if there is a nine digit ZIP Code , I received an error code saying to please put in a valid ZIP Code. The arrow back button does not work so you have to cut to erase the ZIP Code and then re-enter one that is valid. But every time I do this I get an error going to the next page to pay the provider saying that the server is not available. It’s been doing this error now for about three versions of this app. Very bad!
