Submitting claims First time using mobile app., very user friendly:)
Buggy Crashes constantly on the latest version of IOS, but only after letting you go through all the time consuming data entry of trying to add a new provider. Fun.
Reimbursement feature doesn’t work Cannot use reimbursement feature which is the main reason I downloaded the app. After troubleshooting still no luck. Seems like a feature that a lot of people would want to use, hope it gets fixed for future users.
No longer provides transaction & claims info App no longer feeds in the transaction & claim info. Emailed support and received no response. Called customer service and told to download latest version and latest iOS. Did that on two different iPhones. Still doesn’t work. App is useless to me now.
Bug not fixed Apparently you have not fixed the bug where the app still shuts down when selecting “who this service is for”
Paying medical providers I have been trying to pay a provider through the app but every time I go to select who the patient is the app kicks me out.
Can’t login Can’t login because it keeps telling me code is expired. Tried with 3 different codes, 2 through sms and 1 through email.
Calling on phone a thing of past Ease of use. No more being put on hold
Crashes with iOS 12.4.1 The app crashes each time I select a family member when reimbursing myself.
