Disappointing App Lately This app used to be one of the most streamlined apps I used. Recently there have been so many bugs where the app would completely shut down, unable to select dependents, and unable to complete requests. Multiple requests sent requesting to fix the bugs without resolution. Submissions are getting tougher to submit. If the app is fixed, perhaps I would rate it higher again. Until then, this app is broken and defective.
Keeps crashing Trying to reimburse myself but keeps crashing
App crashing Both ”Personal Information” and ”Dependents” button under ”Setting and Preferences” keep crashing. Running latest iOS 13.
Still crashing This app WAS fabulous. I recently downloaded the update that was supposed to fix crashing when selecting who the service was for, NOW it is crashing when I try to select. It was fine before.
Not suitable for dark mode App crashes on reimbursement page
Crashing When I have my phone on dark mode I cannot select the date my service was done. When I select who the service was for, the app crashes.
Doesn’t work I’ve tried multiple times to file a claim through the app and it crashes every time when you’re choosing who the claim is for. This is not the first time this has happened.
Crashes when trying to select “Service for” When attempting to reimburse myself the app crashes when trying to select “Service for”. Otherwise is okay for checking balance and claim status.
App is still crashing App is still crashing despite your last update that was supposed to fix it.
