Only problem is with the document viewing Everything is simple and easy to use, except the document viewer. After you submit a claim, then open it up again to view the uploaded documentation, the picture will not load. It’s so annoying. Then, when you request to view old documentation, you receive a notification saying it takes 48 hours to process & view the document. Great card Very easy to use once you understand the can / can nots. All doctor bills come out of HRA until depleted then they use FSA. Not all items are can be purchased with card. I usually take to counter and pay with card, if item is not allowed card will not go through. If it does hold on to receipts, once item shows on account submit your receipts..
Useless app If I could leave zero stars for this app I would. The balance on it is almost never right and the deposits from my employer don’t show up until a week or more later. Epic fail.
Pointless The whole purpose of apps is ease. Yet the constant ask to submit receipts and supporting documents. When you see a transaction for Ihop, bother me then.
Simple All you need is a bill or invoice and you can submit for payment or reimbursement using the camera on your phone.
Lets me see and update everything I can make see all my claims, current balance, upload attachments for claims... basically, handle all CYC business in one location, quickly.
I hated the previous version and this one is just as bad CYC’s apps have always been terrible and this is no exception. I have a simple claim to file and I can’t because the “Next” button flat out doesn’t work after I upload documentation. Plus, the save feature also doesn’t seem to work so I guess I can just keep re-entering the information in hopes it will eventually works. No thanks; I have better things to do.
Bugs needs to be resolved 1. The claim amount is not matching with what I have from the Dr office 2. If I wanted to make a payment through the claim status menu, it says invalid zipcode and no option to edit that. Huh!!!
