Used to work The app crashes every other time I use it. Last update says “fixed a bug in which the app sometimes crashed on the dependents screen” Fail - still crashes. Reports an error every time I attach a document though it seems to have attached anyway. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice. Each time I can capture one transaction before it starts crashing again. The lame feature that nags about providing feedback crashes when trying to provide feedback and also when simply asking “Don’t ask me again”.
Still crashes App still crashes when trying to select which dependent the bill is for... even with most current OS and updated app.
Shows no dependents Used to work. Now only I show in dependents list.
App crashes and it no longer works Please fix it. I tried reinstalling the app and it still does not work correctly. For example, my kids don't show up as dependant (they do on the web) and the dates for claims are in the future.
Self reimbursement When you try to reimburse your self it crashes...
Crashes when creating a claim App crashes when I attempt to create a claim and I have to start over.
