needs usability fixes 4.31.6 update: Issues below from my original review still exist. I’ve tried over the last few weeks that PDF uploads for me are not working the app. I can do them on the desktop site, but not on mobile. Apps Crash Apps is crashing all the time when you try to submit a claim.
Spotty at best I’ve had issues with this app on and off. It has seemed better for a while, but in this current version, the app crashes when you pick who the service is for. This is especially exasperating, since they’re holding onto my money and have no means for me to submit a claim to receive it. My company only offers CYC for our FSA/Dependent Care. If I had a choice, I’d go with another app, but my hands are tied. So now I’m just waiting for them to fix this bug FAST, so I can get my money. I’m sure that will not happen... read more
Horrible I can’t say enough bad about this app, it crashes constantly and what’s worse is that my claims go into limbo because this garbage app corrupts photo attachments and completely loses pdf attachments. It’s worse because there is no feedback mechanism and claims sit incomplete unless you actively monitor them but you can actually correct them in this insufferable application.
App doesn’t work on I phone Xr When trying to enter a bill for reimburse the app shuts off . Can’t enter bills for my money back
So many issues. First of all the app won’t let me update my email address and it has some kind of made up email on file (@noemail.com ?!??) Second, I can no longer log in. It says my password is wrong (it’s not) and I can’t reset it. The temp password they text me also says it is incorrect. Third, anytime I ever try to pay a bill I end up with a check sent to ME instead of the medical provider. And NO I am not “selecting the wrong option” as the customer service people tell me every time it happens.
Date picker broken The date picker for pay my provider is broken! I can only see year 2020 any beyond
Doesn’t let me sign up When I go to enter my birthdate when I sign up, half the months, years and dates don’t appear. How am I supposed to give an app I can’t even sign up for more than 1 star. Ridiculous
