Server error I can review my claims but when I try to pay provider I get a message that says, FAILED. Server returned error R001.
Usability nightmare Need to update the contact info for your provider? Crash. Trying to log in with a fingerprint? Crash. Try to pay your provider? You got it. It’s a triple threat of crash. Not ready for prime time.
Freeze Loise Sometimes the options are available to choose from. Sometimes they’re not and I have to completely shut down and wait to try again later and then, OH there they are. Sometimes it gets stuck on the last page when submitting a claim. Did it go through? Did it not go through? If I exit will it erase the work I’ve done? Who knows. Unexpected app closure Your app keeps shutting for no reason. Worthless
Problems with the app I am not able to log in on my iPhone? It will also not send an email for me to reset my password to get access.
Useless Kept getting “incomplete” documents needed. No information on what was needed. Received via snail mail a form saying what is needed. Resubmitted with what was outlined on the form. Got the same “incomplete”. Called and I was told what was needed was totally different than the form. And was told if I used the website I would have seen the comment. App is pointless if you don’t get the info you need.
No reply to app crashing The app won’t let me enter direct deposit info without crashing. I have been reporting the problem for well over a month with no response or fix.
