Constant Contact for the middle ages I cannot say Constant Contact is a bad organization. I can say it is geared more for an older generation that wants alot more content in an email than I personally needed. Pros Constant Contact is a bit like Windows. It has ALOT of customization. Excellent online meeting and conferencing tool for all Scale organization File sharing and storage is much easier and faster now. Microsoft support team is excellent. Pros At Borderless Access we are using Microsoft team for our internal communication and meeting. It is highly secure, easy to use and a very interactive frontend. Great Email Marketing Solution Constant Contact is a great email solution. Highly recommended! Pros Constant Contact is easy to set up and get started. Once you create an email campaign you can clone it to use it in the future; which is a great time saver! It also offers some excellent graphics solutions and allows you to configure your emails to also be mobile friendly. Cons Video capability would be a great addition but it isn’t really anything that would be a dealbreaker with this software.
There are better services out there. I haven't been pleased with Constant Contact. It hasn't been keeping up with its competitors to make it easy for users to send attractive emails. Thus, we've moved on to one of its competitors, MailerLite. We've haven't looked back. Pros It sends emails. We did use the survey feature and got valuable feedback using that. Works, But Misses Key Components Over it has helped with automatic emails for our company. But, if we find a software that can allow us to have multiple customers to a single email address with the same features as Constant Contact...we will switch. Great Software Overall, this product has been great. I send out emails weekly to people who support our non-profit and our volunteers. Constant Contact makes this easy and great looking. Pros I like that this software makes it easy for me to deliver professional-looking newsletters, updates, and fundraising ask without hassle. Cons The only thing I do not like is that I cannot check if a link is working without sending a test of the whole document to myself, checking my email, and clicking on the link.
Great tool for outreach, easy to learn Its easy to use once you get the hang of it, its user friendly, its cost effective, and their customer service is excellent. Pros It's effective in it's data measuring, I like how I can view data in multiple ways to help me make the right decisions for my organizations marketing initiatives. Great email marketing platform! My overall experience with this platform has been great. Our email campaign and overall site traffic has increased since implementing.
