A Great Program for Beginner Marketers Constant Contact is an excellent alternative for database administration. I've found it to be great for sending out email blasts and delivering emails. Pros Constant Contact is great for mass email messages. You can customize templates and send out surveys with ease. Cons Sometimes the interface itself can be buggy and slow. Reporting can be somewhat confusing at times.
Constant Contact Pros The software is user-friendly. If there are things I can't find or need help with, their customer service agents are always there to provide help. Cons I wasn't exactly a user of this software. I would usually help export contacts and organize them but in the amount of time that I've used it, I didn't find anything that I didn't like about it.
End of year Email Solicitations Constant contact has been an average experience for us. I wish that there were more options for design and creativity for emails. The presets available aren't as customizable as we wish they were and formats appear to be basic. Email deliverability rate good and all emails reaches inbox. It support drag and drop features to create/customize email templates and surveys. A/B testing is another prime feature.
