Superb Live Customer Service by phone. Pros: That I can call up staff on the phone - even from abroad to get immediate help. No misunderstandings through a chat bot. And I don't know how to do something, they will step in and help. Cons: The price is high and that you can only add one email to the account. Overall: It's been very good. I tell everybody to go with them.
Best email marketing service ever! Pros: Ease of use, the numerous templates for newsletters. Cons: Nothing, everything I do in Constant Contact, I love. Overall: I've been using this service off and on for over 15 years. Most recently, I've used it to produce our small biotech company's monthly newsletter. It works out great, and our employees look forward to it monthly.
I Use Constant Contact to Contact Customers for 24/7 Pros: Constant Contact offers a wide range of email templates which makes it easy and quick to create and customize marketing emails. Cons: Constant Contact has website builder tools but it requires to be boosted with external hosting apps. Overall: My overall experience is remarkable :- I use CC on a daily basis to automate marketing.
