Best in segment with rich stats and easy to use I like Constant Contact for its simplicity and full of features. Difficulty using the software Overall unfortunately negative. The tool was well-built, easy to use, and effective when working, however we had continuous issues with their support team and required a lot of reaching out to continue to use. Solid email software with some limitations Overall, I like Constant Contact. However, I would not be satisfied if it was our only email tool. Pros I like the simplicity of Constant Contact. It's not difficult to get started, and you can create templates for other team members to use. Cons I don't love the limited features available when compared with other competitors. For this reason we only use CC for a handful of clients with more straightforward needs.
