Solid software with some design limitations Pros Very easy to use! This software is so user friendly! And, there are lots of features for direct email marketing as well as managing events and building databases. Cons The design features are limited. Everything looks professional and well put together but the email and event templates are a bit dated.
Love the ability of sending mass emails while tracking of who's viewed, clicked, etc. The ability to send mass mailings. Pros Keeps all out business contacts in one place, available to use for each mailing, and the ability to catch duplicates. Love that we can keep track of all views, clicks, and unopened emails. Cons I really do not have any cons, but I do wish there were seminars in my area. I realize there are online options, but sometimes you just need to be able to ask questions.
I have managed the Constant Contact email/events account for a small not-for-profit in DC for years. Constant Contact allows us to easily manage our email contacts and lists. It has saved us time by providing email templates that we can customize to our brand. Used to use for a community TV channel newsletter. Pros Constant Contact is a well-known name and lends a sense of trust to people who are handing over their emails for newsletter signups. Cons Constant Contact is very clunky and doesn't seem to have adapted with the times. While it does possibly offer a more "professional" feel on the side of the creator for larger, more "corporate" companies, the platform feels very old-school and is not super aesthetically pleasing.
Gets the Job Done Pros I've been using Constant Contact for our email marketing at my job for almost three years. Feature-wise, the software does everything that you could want it to. Cons The only cons I would give it would be that the templates and email builder seem to be a little dated. I think making the email builder a little more user friendly (more drag and drop options, easier to edit individual blocks) would make a world of difference.

Fantastic product for keeping in touch with customers! This is really great software to keep in touch with your customers on a regular basis. We sent out happy holiday emails, Coupon emails, and Product Promotion emails, all with great success. We are really excited about the Open Rates, and Unsubscriber list, among other benefits.
