Great experience for mid size non profit Pros Easy to use- was very user friendly/common sense. Loved that we could see the open rate/bounce backs etc. Cons It didn't do absolutely everything that we needed- so the price on top of other systems was just too much for us.
Very helpful customer support. Pros I really appreciated how helpful the customer support was in getting help with the interface and answering my questions. Cons I thought it was difficult to find everything I needed in the interface which made it difficult to complete my job quickly.

Easy to use newsletter program Pros It is simple, easy for my clients to update the newsletter themselves. It has great features and options that I can play around with, as well as my clients. Cons It is a bit outdated, lacks some features found on MailChimp. Nothing too bad, though. I still like to use it.
Great service that saves time for busy companies looking to connect with their customers Pros Marketing emails and newsletters have become key for any business looking to reach their customer. This service allows you to create custom e-newsletters that are fully customizable. The templates are great and very easy to use. It's definitely worth looking into this service. Cons The "contact management" tool takes a little bit of time to learn. It's fairly simple once you get the hang of it though.
Okay, But there are better mail programs out there It serves the purpose as most all bulk mail software does, but the price increases made it less cost-effective than others. Pros Easy of use. Able to utilize repeat templates to "brand" our company. Ability to access our stats on campaigns sent Cons Pricing. Competitively, Mailchimp offers basically the same for lesser cost. We transferred away from Constant Contact because of pricing.
Good choice, with good reputation Excellent program, but due to its complexity, it lagged behind its competition. Simple Email Marketing Pros Seems to be one of the most beneficial email marketing software for the price. I have tried several others and this one is my favorite when comparing price, tools, and user friendliness. Cons Can be glitchy. Is not effective if you are sending to over 100+ contacts... Great for my small non-profit
Checked this software out while researching email marketing solutions for company. Pros Did a virtual tour of the program with a sales person. Liked it better Hubspot in terms of ease of use. Cons Wish it worked a little more like mail chimp from a design point-of-view. however, it's a more technical email software.
