Constant Contac Very good experience with the product, yes I would recommend it. Pros I enjoyed the Free trial. It gave you access to most of the features available. Cons The loading of your contacts were a bit of a hassle.
Great for reaching all the people in our sphere/ Pros Ease of keeping people in the loop with local events and businesses. Cons No much. It's a little annoying being on the other end of the emails but you can always opt out.
Great software with few misses I think overall I would definitely utilize the software again if I had a choice between Constant Contact and something else like MailChimp, etc. It has several good features that outweigh the bad. Truly necessary. My experience with Constant Contact has been wonderful. It’s been painless to integrate into the company, easily learned by the staff, intuitive and facilitates growth on a large and measurable scale. Pros I love the ease with which it is usable. It’s highly intuitive and easily picked up. Cons The initial adaptation of Constant Contact was a bit slow. But no more than the usual level of integration usage/adapting of any new system or software.
Hospitality Must Pros Constant Contact is a daily product that we use for In house Guest interaction. Cons We don't have any other product that we can compare. So far product is useful.

Great Product - Easy to Use! Pros CC is super-user friendly and you can set up professional e-mails with their templates in a matter of minutes. It's also easy to upload your own images for a custom look. Cons Sometimes the list management is gummy in the sense that the search feature leaves something to be desired, so you have to go down the list manually to find the email address you want to remove.
