Great contact software for beginners I've used constant contact for two years, and it does an excellent job of managing e-mail marketing for my role in donor relations. There are great tutorials, it's reasonably priced, and customer service has always been great. My only complaint is that it's hard to understand how to use/work with purchased mailing lists with this product. Pros Cons
Great way to reach out to your customers I started using Constant Contact to reach out to my customers to let them know about upcoming sales and changes in the store. It's a great program, easy to use and allows me to track everything. I can tell who opened the emails, who clicked on links and who unsubscribed. This is a must have for any business. Pros Cons

Great Mass emailing software Constant Contact makes keeping our mailing list informed on what's happen a breeze. Plus with all their great templates putting an email together only takes minutes, and you're less likely to end up in the receivers junk folder. Pros Cons
A good marketing tool The API developer section really lets you test out your POSTS. I wish that there were more coding examples of its use though. I really had to hammer through my own work. Previously Used Constant Contact We used to use Constant Contact for email campaigns, but switched a few years back. Setting up templates was somewhat easy, but we found easier solutions for us. The list management was hard as we grew our database. Still a good starting place if you are starting from zero. Pros Cons
Constant Contact Email Platform Constant Contact is OK...the template builder is easy, and sending out campaigns is easy, but there is NO automated split testing, which sucks. Also, the website is sometimes buggy when searching for contacts. The biggest letdown is the lack of split testing. Pros Cons
