A middle of the road product that gets the job done Overall, it delivers your emails, it organizes different contact lists and you can segment them. You can schedule your emails and even add in social campaigns. It does what it should, however, creating the email is actually more complicated than it needs to be and it feels like you are designing in 2001 software with tables. Its a big disjointed and clunky. Constant Contact Review Pros If we would use it like it is designed to be used it might be beneficial. We signed up during COVID and used it a couple of times but now it doesn't get used at all. Really need to try and use this to generate leads, etc. Cons Seems like a lot of these emails get into the recipients spam folder - wish there was a way to have them go into the inbox like it should

Good Value Pros Constant Contact has made our email marketing easier and more efficient. I love that we can check the stats after each email to see how well it performed and make changes if we need to. Cons The platform is not always the most user-friendly and I have had to find ways to modify templates to do what I want.
Excellent Resource for Communication! Overall Constant Contact is an excellent software. It gives the options for emailing lists, rather than just one big list. The Best Email Platform - PERIOD Constant Contact has allowed us to be more efficient at reaching our customers on a regular basis. Pros This platform was plug and play for us, allowing us to start with email campaigns on the first day we signed up. Cons There are some minor limitations with email formatting, but this is to be expected. No real complaints!
User for Years I've been using Constant Contact for many years. I tried Mail Chimp but didn't find it as easy and I didn't feel like uploading all those contacts and photos to it. So this is my simple email solution for email marketing to my entire client list and to segments of that list.
