Effective I've been using Constant Contact for over 5 years, and during that time have only had to contact their tech support a handful of times. They are easy to reach, helpful, and quick to respond. I've even recommended the software to my mother, who sends out a monthly newsletter for her woodworkers group, and she's been most pleased for the 4 or 5 months that she's used it now. Constant Contact is worth the money I use Constant Contact in my role as Development Director. My monthly emails to our constituents help me to build community, inform our constituents, and raise funds. Pros Once I learned the in's and out's, I have really enjoyed the time spent using this product. I always look forward to creating my monthly newsletter and indulging my "inner creator"! Cons There is just a lot going on with the website - and I'm sure there has to be. But it did take me a while to figure it out on my own.
An excellent system to create campaigns and send them in a general way to registered customers. The overall experience gained with this platform has been amazing, it has improved the marketing system within our company on a large scale, giving them a system where we can easily understand the interest in those customers as well as measure all the responses from each on our campaigns. Easy Template Driven Email Marketing Platform Love this tool and have used it for 10 years! Pros It's easy to use, the templates are truly plug and play and there is great customer support Cons The landing pages are lacking and I don't use them at all... I can't manipulate the pages to look the way I want enough.
Constant Contact Totally appreciated the patience and ability to share the screen in the setup process. I am a kinesthetic learner and hands-on is the most efficient way to get on board. Pros So far, I totally appreciate the time spent with me in working with their system. I'm switching from MailChimp because it's challenging to work with. Constant Contact heard that I'm not a techie and spent over 2 hours walking me through getting set up. Still working through all their options. Easy to use, seamless sending and contact management, and dozens of fonts, colors, and themes that make creating and email--even from scratch--super easy. Constant Contact Overall I have had a great experience with Constant Contact. It is a nice platform to use when needing to communicate quickly with large groups of people. I use it at a school to quickly contact parents if there is an emergency or announcement that needs to go out immediately. Pros Constant Contact is user friendly and intuitive.
