A complete email tool! Our success rate is measured by the "opening rate" and we can see that better than 60% of our mail is opened. Pros The software provides a wide range of templates that can be modified for any audience or subject or you may design your own. It also allows us to schedule our outgoing messages for the desired time or date in advance. Cons Finding the best template among so many!
Great for newsletters I wasn't familiar with constant contact until earlier this year. My clients love to use it so I learned fairly quickly. I like it for w bgg at it is for but I would encourage more features. Pros I love how easily my pdfs can be uploaded and how I can select all of my clients' email list with one click Cons Automatons are basic. We were missing more sophisticated workflows that are present in the competition.
Meets our needs, but sometimes limited Pros The analytics are nice to have for each email we send through the system Cons Lacks functionality from a graphic design perspective, and it's difficult to make an email that looks good on both email and desktop. Also lacks responsive customer service - we have gotten the run around several times through automated support responses that just drive to the online FAQ we already checked.
My opinion on CC Pros Constant Contact is the best email marketing tool in my opinion. The creation of the email is very easy even for someone who has no programming knowledge. It allows you to send tens of hundreds of emails with very high delivery rates. Cons I find it a bit expensive compared to sendinblue which does almost the same thing
A very good software for email marketing Pros We tried this software after the launch of one of our SaaS products and it seems very easy to use with very good features. Cons pricing is not so expensive, even if there are tools that offer more in terms of automations
All in one way to keep in touch with customers Pros Constant contact has some great features that have really helped me remain organized and keep in touch with my customer base. Cons I haven’t had any issues with Constant Contact yet.
Gone with the Wind I stopped using this software once more effective and interactive ways of engagment became available. Pros I liked it was user friendly when I used it for a contact list when I was a blogger. It's your basic way to keep in contact with others without engagment. Cons There were very few features and templates that allowed me to share news. I also used it when I taught school in earlier years as a newsletter feature. Again, it needs more bells and whistles and/or updates to make it more cutting edge.
Great services with Constant Contact I have been using Constant Contact since 2004. I have an internet marketing company and I recommend Constant Contact to my clients, who also give me the opportunity to manage their accounts. Constant Contact has a great training service with easy to understand videos and great support. Pros What I like most of this software is the campaign designs, the contact management system and the results. Cons Changes done in the last years take long to be implemented
