Easy to use and it you can set and forget Customer service was very helpful when needed in the beginning. Pros I like the ability to run a long-term campaign and campaigns by customer or employee type. We use it to keep our referral resources informed as well as employees. Cons The template was hard at first - we have used this for several years. They have made some good improvements along the way.
Great system. Pros I like that we can schedule out emails and send reminder "follow up" emails as well. Shows stats and analytics after the email has been sent too. Cons Don't have any cons at the moment. It's a reliable system

Overall experience was great until I had to contact them to cancel our account, but during the time we utilized this service there were little to no issues reported. Pros The software is easy to use, customizable & straight forward. Cons The price is a bit higher than competitors but depending on your list size & needs, it may be worth it for you.

Great email provider to start with Pros I liked that it was easy to set up and I was able to get started right away without help. Cons At the time I used it it didn't have as many features as Aweber nor as good of opening rates.
