Templates used to be great, but the became stale over the years Pros Marketing webinars, live training and networking events, great customer service. Cons It became costly for what you got. The templates are too clunky, too much HTML, not enough drag-n-drop or just plain text.
A very good option for email marketing Pros Love the simplicity of using this software and the ready-to-use templates available to suit various needs. Cons Pricing can be tricky but hats with all software with the rates but it is comparable to other options
Constant Contact is worth the money... I keep in touch with my customers so when they are ready to do business, they know right where to find me. I give them updates and bulletins about the new things that are going on in my company. Pros It was very consistent. Worked very well. I was able to generate over 10 thousand leads over a period of three years. Cons It's not really smooth when creating an email to blast out.
Convenience Pros The digital opportunity to send emails out to clients and leads in mass format has saved countless hours of time. Cons At this time, I cannot speak to any dislikes with the product.

Really enjoy using constant contact for my small business email platform Pros Love the ease of use when creating, scheduling and sending an email. Ability to store all your email contacts and segment into lists. Cons Sometime's it is hard to manage lead contacts.
Great for Large Crowds Pros Fairly easy to use, just plug and play. Great if you have a very wide audience. Cons It was really slow at loading almost every time I had to use it. No longer use due to high cost.
Love! Pros This product is so easy to use and I like that I can use other platforms with it Cons I wish I could drag my boxes and place them specifically in emails
