Good service and knowledgeable technician Cool Air USA provided us with very good professional service. Steve, the technician, is very knowledgeable. He patiently and honestly answered our questions about the A/C duct cleaning service we requested and air quality/cleaning in general. He also explained to us which other service options we could have with Cool Air USA, if we need our A/C system serviced again. We feel confident recommending Steve and Cool Air USA.

Great Service! Sean did a very thorough job and was able to reach my unit in the attic. He took pics of everything and explained it all to me. He was very professional and I certainly hope to see him again next time I need service.

Would highly recommend Contractors are the BEST!!!! Very easy to work with and most importantly they are FAIR when it comes to billing you. Zeke is GREAT to work with and explains what the problem is in terms that normal people can understand. They are on time and call before they come and clean up neatly when finished. I really like them. It doesn't take long to get an appointment for them to come out also.

Love this company This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with for air conditioning service and installation. I have owned several homes and it was always difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy company - they would say they are coming and then not show or come so late I've wasted a day off from work or they priced it at a bajillion dollars. I was very happy with my service rep. I would like to know why I have to clean pipe with vinegar every 3 weeks and add water? What causes the pipe to clog? Why do I have to do this.
