Fixed ACI dealt with several technicians on a couple of issues and they were all very helpful prompt and friendly. The same goes for their call center. I had a really good experience and I would recommend them to others and use them again. One of the best service companies I’ve ever used. Technician Steve Sanders was excellent Technician Steve Sanders went above and beyond to identify each issue and fill me in on how to complete maintenance to each system. Additionally, he kept the work area clean and wore a mask the entire time. I highly recommend this technician.
