Life savior! Last night I started to notice the air coming out of my vents was no longer cold. I dreaded a night without a.c. it's not easily tolerated here in Sunny Isles. My neighbor had recently told me about Cool Air. I called them praying that someone would fix this problem. A side note is this was Saturday night and it was pouring rain. The very best A/C Contractor that I have ever had on my property. To all of those concerned: I was highly surprised when Carl pulled up on my driveway. Clean & respectful vehicle, Carl got out and believe it or not, ( ON TIME ) went straight to the A/C Compressor Unit where I was standing and introduced himself. I started explaining what I knew about the unit while he continued to go on with his observation and checking for voltage, first being sure that the Circuit Breaker was in the off position. Just as Promised Shaun, need an additional part to complete our repair...he didn't leave us without AC, he used the old part to keep us going and promised he'd get the part and return late afternoon the next day, and since it was outside, we didn't have to be home...just as promised, got a call from customer service confirming the repair, got a call from Shaun later advising the repair was complete and he e-mailed pics...outstanding service...highly recommend

Highly recommend!!! Left a message to call for service Sunday evening and received a call back 7:30am Monday morning... they said a technician would be out between 11 and 2... he called and arrived as promised.... opened the unit, took pictures, ran a few tests, found the problem and explained everything.... replaced the condenser fan motor....Shaun was very professional, obviously knew his trade.... highly recommend

Fast & reliable service Out of the blue our A/C stopped working. We made an online appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment the tech called and was available 3 hours before the scheduled time. He came, diagnosed the problem, he offered several solutions and corrected the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the quick and affordable service!
