Ricardo was very helpful and knowledgeable on his service call to us Ricardo came to the house on a return call. Our unit was freezing up and he found the problem then gave us our options on the best way to resolve it. A friendly compassionate guy who takes his job seriously and knows his stuff

He took the time to answer all our questions and recommended alternatives. It took him several to do the work and at the end showed us what he had done. Took pictures too of the work done.
