Clogged drain lines Tech contacted this customer in advance of his arrival and explained that my drain lines were clogged. Since I am DIY person, I was instructed how to handle the clog and preventative action in the future. Tech was fair, honest and respectful. Would recommend this particular tech to others, if I could.

Cool air was very responsive on an emergency call Cool air representative identified the issue and corrected it immediately, plus he evaluated the total cooling system.
Great service that's hard to match.. My service rep Orlando showed up very professional and told me what the problem was how much it would cost to repair. Once i told him ok he had my A/C back up and running in about 1/2 hour.. Thank you very much Orlando
