Amazing emergency service at a silly low price. We had an emergency at 12:30 pm. Richard from Cool Air was there by 3pm. 85 degree day in Miami and everyone needs help. He opened the unit and we saw 4 inches of frozen ice covering everything. This was an emergency! Guess what. Most ac units take 5 to 6 weeks to get. Richard was on the phone with his office having them call all over to find a unit installed within 2 days. No company can service a phone call and issue like Cool Air and Richard. More after installation!
