Good, pleasant service. For the first time, we had Cool Air USA clean our ducts. They were very, very drty! It seems like the job was well done... time will tell. Moises was cheerful, professional, and quite pleasant. Will call again and will recommend.

Excellent customer service!! Their was a hick-up on the manufacturer who was making the stand for the AC unit, but CoolAir USA made it right. They brought over a portable unit for us to use while the stand was being made. We have used them for repairs in the past and also referred them to family and friends who have gotten repairs done and a unit put in as well.

Excellent service Fixed my problem on a Sunday night! Omer excellent technician, answered all my questions and was very considerate/polite/respectful.
Honest customer service After a costly repair, we noticed that our AC was still leaking. They can back and fixed the problem at no extra charge, acknowledging that this should’ve been discovered when they were here originally. We appreciate the honesty, especially because we’ve had some issues with other AC companies in the past. In addition to that, their response time is excellent !
