Fast & Affordable I called this evening after our AC stopped working. They gave me a time frame of arrival, and the worker was here within the hour. He got everything fixed up ASAP and was very friendly and answered all questions asked. I was very happy I found this company, any issues in the future and I will call them again!!!!
Admirable work but incomplete Although Cool Air has done their very best to complete the difficult problems which have made the completion of work on my Trane AC. Problems still have to be addressed but with assurances that Cool Air will do everything possible to complete the job with as little disruption and cost as possible.

Excellent & Knowledgeable Technicians Ricardo took care of our service appointment and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He not only did what he had come to do, that is provide a scheduled maintenance of our AC but went a step further and diagnosed a problem with the Thermostat as well. Even though he had no experience with AC thermostats, he tried his best to offer a quick fix, which took him much more time then he was scheduled for.
