Overall Great Experience but there were a few quirks Overall the service and install was great. It was very easy to get a quote on a new AC system and install was pretty quick. There were a few oddities though. At one point a third tech arrived and didn’t really introduce himself. He also whistled to get my attention and just walked in to my home without knocking. Also at the end of the install the techs left with out saying a word. Overall I highly recommend but it was a bit odd.
Excellent Service Cool Air USA contacted me immediately after I requested an authorized installer for the installation of my newly purchased Nest thermostat. A young lady called me to set up the appt; she scheduled it the same day and gave me the approx fees for the sales call and installation. Quick, efficient and kind! Orlando is the best! He was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival. We have a 5 month old so this was an emergency after hours visit and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Orlando and Cool Air!
Excellent work Same-day service, freon, seal, duct cleaning, and sanitizing. Had no problems working with old ceiling mounted air handler. Measured and recommended proper filter size.

Excellent customer service and professional staff Over the last 8yrs, I’ve dealt with various AC companies because I had an older unit until last Dec when I finally got a new one and did so using Cool Air.
