situation with the function of my Nest thermostat I contacted via email Cool Air USA to get a diagnostic of an issue I had with the instalation of my Nest Thermostat. The email was send around midnight and they call me at 7:00 AM to set up the appoinment. Debbie was very proffesional nice and helpful to send over one of the best technitian I have met in the area of air conditioner.
