Grate customer service I called to investigate a problem with my ac. Once they got here Renaud and his partner greeted us and help us figure out the problem. They were hard working and and showed genuine concern for the customer and spoke Spanish which was a plus.
Quick, professional job. Xavier with Truck 42 did a great job getting my AC back in service. He showed up early, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the right part in his truck, installed it, tested the system, took my payment and was gone. All this in one hour. Great job?

Excellent Service The service professional was polite, smiled often, was personable, answering my questions patiently will full explanations. He was neat and clean and careful with each vent to clean and sanitize throughly and cleaned up any particles found when the vent was opened (including several small dead lizards!). I will be sure to use Cool Air USA from now on.
