Honesty in first place I used CoolAir USA in a few units that Im the caretaker and they're honest and have reasonable prices.

The service provided waa great We didn't encounter any issues when booking our service. All my questions were quickly answered. Omer called to tell us he was on his way. He was very polite and thoroughly explained the issue with our A/C. He quickly fixed the issue.

Solved an Issue... Renaud was friendly, polite and knowledgable. Solved what was eventually a minor issue and made sure the unit was running properly before leaving. Will call them again in the future.

This company have a caring team. Which makes them ( COOL ). These are the people's that I came in contact with at Coolair, that helped me out of ahot and misable situation. Michael, Mr. Morty especially, helped from him the portable air conditioner which was God's blessing. The installation guys was very polite and very professional. All telephone persons I spoken with was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Susan. It

Prompt and professional service Ricardo arrived on time and quickly diagnosed what was a simple issue. We discussed home remedies to prevent its re-occurrence, after which he immediately corrected the problem and cleaned up the resultant mess.
