Clean air makes me happy Service man was great! Xavier was knowledgeable and conditions in my house have improved ten fold. I did read ,after the fact, that customers would be aware of any chemicals used and accepted the risks involved with any such application during service. This was not discussed, however, I would still give a high rating to the company. My house had a smell prior that I could not pin point. Now I feel my breathing and health are no longer at risk. I am happy with the outcome.

Much thanks from Abilene Tx My 86 year old mother lives in Miami where the unit was installed. The home based on my nephew was extremely hot and I had to do something from here (tx) to get her some help. Due to hurricane Harvey a lot of flights were cancelled, making it difficult for me to fly in. From my initial call to your office to the completed installation, WE THANK YOU...

Great technicians Anthony R. Went over and beyond to fix my leaking a/c unit. This was an issue I had been having about every couple months. It was getting very frustrating. Anthony not only fixed the immediate leaking problem, but also took care of prexisting issues that were causing the leaks, which no other technicians had bothered with before. Great quality work.

Cool Air USA through the years has always been there when ever needed. As per the service technician, very professional explaining options in detail and worked very hard to pinpoint the source of the leak. He was never in a hurry and was meticulous in his approach to his work.
