The techician, Jose, was very detailed and professional explaining all the steps in the repair process. I would call him again if necessary. Jose was a good knowlegable professional. Showed up on time and made sure all was fixed before leaving.

Fast, efficient emergency service We were delighted to have our air conditioning restored within 2-1/2 hours of calling, on a Saturday night! Daniel was courteous, quick to diagnose the problem, and was also able to supply the part we needed so that there was no waiting. We would definitely use this company again.

Tracy is the man It can be a real pain to park in Brickell if you're coming to do work in a building. Availability is scarce between the uncooperative valet in the buildings and practically nonexistent street parking. But somehow Tracy made it work; and with a good attitude. Tracy was able to detect the problem quickly and explain what needed to be done in order to get things running correctly again. Tracy said his motto is to "keep cool." Stay cool Tracy!
