AC/Heating System Cool Air USA has been providing my family A/C services since 2013. We are completely happy with the services they have provided over the years. The company staff, from the receptionist to the A/C technician are very polite and well educated in the A/C field. Very satisfied family.

Cool Air USA My ac turned off at 10pm after cooking dinner I couldn't reach the company that installed my unit I called Cool Air USA and I had a tech at my aprtmejt with in an hour his name was Omer he checked the unit he also explained to me what was good on the people that installed the unit was wired for gas not electric he rewired the unit and drain my line and my unit was up and running in about 30 mins I was at home with 4 kids in the Florida heat thank you for making this easy and hassle free

Only 1 of 4 A C Service Companies I called at Midnite to respond immediately and instruct us how to temporarily re-start the A C System ! The central A C stopped working around 11ish on a weekday night.... I made calls to A) prior service company; B) 2 online companies that advertised "emergency service and C) Cool Air USA . Cool Air was the sole service that called me back within the hour and walked me thru a quick fix of the "emergency shut off" to restore temp service immediately !
