I would recommend this company to anyone Our air went out in the middle of the night. The temperature was already 86 in the house by 5 am. I called the company at 7 in the morning and they were already open. They squeezed us in and gave us a time frame window and the gentleman was early and gave us a courtesy 15 minute phone arrival notice. The employee was extremely informative. Tech was on time, informative, and knowledgeable Tech called to confirm and arrived promptly. He went right to work and checked everything out. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable. He discussed products available and their advantages. This was the most professional and helpful tech I have had the pleasure to speak with.

I have used you people in the past as have my friends here in Oriole,Deauville. The cooling mechanic was very pleasant, professional and answered all my questions and was honest , explained and recommended what needed to be done. He took pictures of the unit inside and up on the roof of the unit.
