Called air was not working. The tect Daniel R. was out in less than 4 hours. Problem fixed and the house is cooling down! Will call again if needed and definitely recommend to Family and Friends.

Very prompt response, precise diagnostics, intelligible explanation, and thorough fix. Efrain has conducted the diagnostics for our air conditioner, presented a problem over the phone, explained what options I have and then after agreement repaired the air conditioner. He has also resolved the obstacle with Condo management. Great job.

Possible R22 Leak Technician arrived to find no R22 Leak "hip hip hooray." However, valve to condenser unit was damaged. Valve was replaced. Once again, very happy and COOL AIR satisfied customer.

Absolutely Excellent Renting my property out and AC broke. Asked them to have tech call me when he was on his way. I wasn't able to answer the first couple times but he still called third time. Most people would not do hang around. . Tech Came out within 1 hour. Tech was very knowledgeable Walked me through everything over the phone since I'm out of state. 2 Thumbs Up Service tech was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me about what was going on with my A/C and he did it patiently and respectfully. I also appreciate that their customer service department calls back once services have been rendered to follow up and make sure that everything is as it should be. Excellent customer service.
