Tracy is the man It can be a real pain to park in Brickell if you're coming to do work in a building. Availability is scarce between the uncooperative valet in the buildings and practically nonexistent street parking. But somehow Tracy made it work; and with a good attitude. Tracy was able to detect the problem quickly and explain what needed to be done in order to get things running correctly again. Tracy said his motto is to "keep cool." Stay cool Tracy!

Too quick!!! When I bought my house two years ago, I called COOL AIR USA for service on my unit. They did work and I thankfully bought a five year service contract. One of the best investment I ever made. The response time of this company is too quick! I had to quit my gosh around halfway through to meet the technician (Sean) and he was courteous, professional and more than fair. I highly recommend their service to anyone.
