great service Anthony was very knowledgeable about everything with our central a/c, and took the time to explain various components to ensure I understood what the a/c needs to function properly, and how to take care of it. He was very patient and carefully checked the entire a/c, making sure that I understood everything that he was doing. Awesome service!
Quick response, happy with the service The service was scheduled the day after I called and the professional called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my house. The vents were cleaned and I am happy with the results.

AC repair service I had an issue with my thermostat and the company sent a technician to my house a couple of hours later.. David, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He clearly explained to me what the problem was, (I also had a problem with the hard start) and showed me step by step what he was doing. He also check the freon. It's the second time in three years that I call that company, and I am very happy with their services. I highly recommend them.

Always available and efficient. Cool Air USA is great. We used them for the first time when the AC died on July 3, 2015 and everybody else was "gone for the weekend".
