Xavier Hall was an effiecient and professional technician. I called 9:00 a.m. in the morning and Mr. Hall arrived by 2:00 p.m. as promised. He kept me informed every step concerning pricing and the repairs. Mr. Hall stayed until the problem was rectified. Most appreciative for his diligence and professionalism.
