check and sanitize It has been nearly 3 years since this unit was installed and I had it checked (pre-summer). It was recommended I have it sanitized. Tracy convinced me and I am glad it is now done. Thanks for the good job. This unit is running quite well.

Excellent service by Jack Good analysis and presentation. Honest evaluation of alternative A/C units. Price was competitive. No pressure sales presentation. Jack seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was congenial.

Mr. Espinal did an excellent job detailing the inspection he was going to make to service my unit. I was very pleased. I recommend fully Cool Air Usa. I had the service done back in 2015. This is the second time I need the service and continue to be pleased.
