The technicion was very professional, courteous, and explained what he was going to do and why The water dripping was due to a back up of debrie which the technicion flushed out. Technicion also recommended other maintenance such as freon which was also done. Tech also scheduled for Monday 4/10/17 at 3pm cleaning of unit fan and air vent ducts. I am very pleased with the service

Very professional Our a/c unit was blowing nothing but hot air which was unbearable for our family in this Fl weather. We called Cool Air USA and they came to our house in literally no time, Efrain, the technician was very professional and knowledgable, he fixed the problem in couple hours and now my a/c works better than I can ever remember.
